About the wine
The fertile and sunny landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Haute Cabrière conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the dominant white wine 2017 — Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with poultry or goat cheese.

Vinification
The two noble Burgundy grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form the cornerstones of the South African winery with the French name. The result is Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir, a wonderfully delightful blend of the two vines: Chardonnay gives it its elegance, the Pinot contributes intensity and richness. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
