Tasting note
In southern Styria, Chardonnay is called “Morillon”! Wonderful scent of ripe, freshly peeled Golden Delicious, followed by a delicate floral scent. Complex, intense fruit aromas on the palate, which appear ripe and yet light-footed due to the firm acidity. The cool location and slate soil of its origin are reflected in a distinctive minerality, which gives the wine an additional dimension.
