Tasting note
Its bright amber yellow ensures a good mood at the table. You won't find this shade in any color palette. The fruity aromas of passion fruit, peach and almond express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple then reveal their own character. With a slender body and dominant acidity, this fruity white wine presents its flawless texture.

Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 12°C. Flaschenpost team is recommended with soft cheese, truffles and poultry.
Vinification
Information on vinification: After hand-picking, the grapes are gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts in French barriques. The wine matures for 11 months on the fine yeast, which is stirred once a week. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unembellished.
