About the wine
Ca' del Baio is an old family business owned by the Grasso family. It is now run by Giulio and Luciana and their three daughters Valentina, Paola and Federico. The total of 28 hectares of vineyards are located in the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco.

Tasting note
Color straw yellow with greenish reflections, delicate floral and fruity on the nose, with notes reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruits, on the palate dry, fresh, long, with a slight mineral aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, an ice cream with vegetables or white meat, grilled fish or oven-baked fish, and cream cheese.
Vinification
Early harvest, around first week of September. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation to keep the wine fresh and crisp.
