Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of bright flowers, yellow fruits, ringlotten, some orange zest and wild herbs. An homage to limestone on the palate, there are tentative notes of roasted almonds, yellow tropical fruits, peach, mirabelle and light smoke aromas. It goes very well with chicken biryani.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold cuts, egg dishes, grilled fish and poultry.
Vinification
In large oak barrels for 7 months.
