Tasting note
Franco and Sergio Minuto, owners of Azienda Moccagatta, are top-tier Barbaresco producers. They have also been pressing two Chardonnays for many years, once as a fresh, lively young wine and a second variant, an athlete aged in barriques. Her Chardonnay Langhe aged in neutral steel tanks shows an invigorating, racy freshness with fine notes of exotic fruits. Ideal as an aperitif wine thanks to its good balance between acidity and playful sweetness.
