About the wine
With the dominant white wine 2020 — Chardonnay Langhe Buschet DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The fertile and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Moccagatta conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with fish with herbs or soft cheese.

Tasting note
Franco and Sergio Minuto, owners of Azienda Moccagatta, enjoy the reputation of being in the top league among Barbaresco producers. They have also been pressing two Chardonnays for many years, once as a fresh, lively young wine and a second variant, an athlete aged in barriques, with a good corset, prepared to play an exciting aromatic game over a few years. A short maceration (macération pelliculaire) and the subsequent aging of barriques increase the concentration of the wine and give it richness and balance.
