Tasting note
The fruity aromas of passion fruit, peach and almond express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. The fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple then reveal their own character. Its bright amber yellow gives you summer warmth and refreshment regardless of the season. Your friends will tell you. Slim body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: After hand-picking, the grapes are gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts in French barriques. The wine matures for 12 months on the fine yeast, which is stirred once a week. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unembellished.
