Chardonnay Kreuth impresses with its balanced acidity, creamy structure and an elegant interplay of aromas. Thanks to its complexity and mineral note, this strong Chardonnay from the Terlan DOC region has a great longevity.
Culinary recommendation
Light dishes, asparagus dishes, fish, veal
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand, gently pressing and purifying the must through natural sedimentation of the turbid substances. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature. Partial acid degradation and maturation for 10 months on fine yeast in partly stainless steel (50%), partly in wooden barrels (50%).
