Intense and powerful, yet elegant, sleek and fresh. It combines polished minerals with floral, nutty and yellow-fruit aromas. Salty minerality, creamy and round texture.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation, maceration time, aging for 18 to 22 months on lees in used barriques, no fining or filtration.
