Tasting note
Color: Iridescent, clear gold with razor-fine reflections. Aromatics: Intense, exotic aroma of star fruit and overripe mangoes interweave with subtle, resinous notes, finely roasted of brioche and almonds, earthy touch, of undergrowth. Body: Long on the drink, balanced in acidity and astringency, strong body, subtle minerality, slightly smoky palate aromas. Quality: Very harmonious, long-lasting, elegant, soft and velvety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom dishes, mustard-dill sauce with smoked trout fillets and oven-baked fennel.
