About the wine
Straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, a typical Chardonnay bouquet with delicate honey notes, pineapple and fresh citrus aromas. Quite dense on the palate, with fine melting and juicy acidity; notes of ripe exotic fruit and peach. Harmonious, medium-long aftertaste.

Vinification
After careful harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The subsequent fermentation and further expansion take place in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
