Tasting note
Golden yellow color. Close start that announces a melty Chardonnay. On the nose and on the palate, aromas of quince jelly, honey, vanilla and roasted almonds. Dry and down to earth on the finish.

Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in barriques and aged on the lees for a few months. In this way, fine wood aroma is combined with the complex structure of the wine to form a harmonious unity.
