You have decided on Castiglion del Bosco, except Sangiovese-Brunello does not grow any other grape varieties. The Azienda buys a small quantity of Chardonnay grapes, which are more for your needs are intended for resort guests. A fraction of it is approved for sale. We are all the more pleased about a wonderfully crisp, fresh Chardonnay from the Tuscany. It is racy, stimulating and charmingly flowery in bouquet. A perfect wine for aperitif and light Dine.
