About the wine
The fresh Pacific breeze and morning fog provide ideal conditions for Chardonnay grapes in the Casablanca Valley. Viña Errázuriz does an excellent job of giving her wines a clear signature at all levels of quality. This Chardonnay goes well with fish dishes.

Tasting note
Light yellow with greenish hues. The bouquet opens with aromas of citrus and wild herbs, reminiscent of sage and lovage, as well as a touch of fresh pineapple. On the palate, there is a harmonious interplay of fruit and freshness, accompanied by limes and a touch of Granny Smith. A few nuances of bread crust round off the taste experience, and the finale is well balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif or with cold meat platters, mild fish and vegetable terrines. It goes well with vegetarian dishes, steamed freshwater fish and light Far Eastern dishes. It is also an excellent choice for chicken, hot cheese, and fresh and hard cheeses.
