Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
Delicious with fish — from grilled sea bream and trout to steamed zander or a fine fillet of monkfish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, after which the wine is aged on fine yeast for 6 months.
