About the wine
This powerful white wine 2016 — Chardonnay DOP Collio crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with soft cheese or asparagus.

Tasting note
White wine with straw-yellow reflections, with distinct notes of bread crusts, bananas and acacia flowers. Soft and pleasant to the taste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti and apéro.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17°C. Ageing for six months in chrome steel tanks, then aging in the bottle for around 60 days.
