Tasting note
This is a Piedmont Chardonnay DOC from Date Rivetti. Chardonnay La Valletta is fermented in small wooden barrels for 15 months. The scent is reminiscent of elderflowers, fruit and citrus fruits. This results in a very rich white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif wine. Excellent accompaniment to antipasti, light appetizers, fish dishes and even mozzarella di bufala.
