Light straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus, green apple and floral notes. Lively on the palate, with balanced acidity, fine minerality and an elegant, persistent finish.

Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel, followed by brief aging on fine yeast.
