The winery has owned the DOP Pago Dehesa del Carrizal appellation since 2006.

Tasting note
Golden yellow color. On the nose, fresh fruit aromas of citrus and hints of peach and tropical fruits. On the palate, white fruits and lemons are combined with shortbread and fine toast aromas. This is a fresh, aromatic blanco with a lot of depth.
Culinary recommendation
Grilled food, duck, venison
Vinification
Vinified in oak barrels. It is then aged for 5 months in new French barriques and 3 months in the bottle.
