About the wine
De Loach Vineyards has been a pioneering producer of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel in the Russian River Valley since 1975. As a wine-growing region, the Russian River Valley is known as “America's Burgundy,” an award in which De Loach played an important role. The estate's vineyards and garden are certified organic and biodynamically, and traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques are used in the cellar, such as open-toped wood fermenters and fermentation with local yeast. The winery is part of Boisset.

Tasting note
Tropical aromas of pineapple, papaya and mango. This wine is wonderfully balanced with bright acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with fish, grilled chicken and veal. With smoked salmon, fish terrine or cream cheese.
Vinification
Cold fermentation from selectively harvested grapes, 100% aged in steel tanks.
