About the wine
A fresh, elegant Chardonnay from Mendoza with aromas of green apples, pears and citrus, subtle vanilla and butter notes and a soft, well-balanced finish. Ideal with grilled fish, seafood or light poultry dishes.

Tasting note
The wine has a clear, pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose smells of exotic fruits such as pineapple, fresh papaya and lychees. On the palate, it impresses with a light, pleasantly fresh acidity and ends in a harmonious medium-long finale.

Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, light poultry or fresh salads.
Vinification
Handpicked from the Uco Valley, gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, partial aging in barriques.
