About the wine

This single-layer Chardonnay is intense, complex, elegant on the nose, with aromas of white peach, apricot, pineapple, yellow apple, peppermint and salted toffee. Good extract on the palate, fresh, complex, with aromas of peach, mango, pear, ripe lemon and its flowers and almonds. The whole is accompanied by a slightly salty minerality. A top Chardonnay with lots of potential. It goes very well with veal cutlets with a mushroom sauce.
