About the wine
Dorino Livon founded Azienda Agricola Livon in Friuli in 1964, his first winery. Since that time, together with his sons, he has acquired other wineries, often old and fascinating ensembles, which now shine in new splendor. Dorino Livon is a passionate person close to home. Although he welcomes the benefits of the technologies in the cellar, for him only a vineyard cultivated with passion and hands brings the origin and thus life and enjoyment into the bottle. And you can taste that. Livon wines are full of juice and life and tell of their beautiful home.

Tasting note
Die verspielten Aromen des Chardonnay Collio DOC von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz einzigartigen Struktur aus. Danach zeigen die fruchtigen Nuancen von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel ihren eigenen Charakter. Schlanker Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Weisswein, welcher im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 10°-11°C. Zu Weichkäse, Spargeln und Trüffel empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Chardonnay Collio DOC.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Lese und Sortierung von Hand. Lückenlose Kühlung bei der gesamten Vinifikation. Vergärung zu und Reifung für 5 Monate im Stahltank und mehrere Monate in der Flasche.
