About the wine
The wine is named after Fabrizio Bianchi, who in the 1970s, inspired by the large white Burgundians, planted Chardonnay outside the DOCG Chianti Zone.

Tasting note
On the nose, inviting aromas of pome fruit and fresh citrus fruits. Compact and balanced on the palate, it has character, a racy acidity and a subtle bitter note. Good length
Vinification
2/3 is vinified in steel tanks, 1/3 in tonneaux. The wine then remains on the lees for 6 to 7 months.
