Tasting note
On the nose, the Panamera Chardonnay impresses with intense vanilla and butter aromas. On the palate, fine aromas of banana, apricot jam, pear and typical barrique notes of brioche. Full-bodied, long-lasting and round.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious with fish — from grilled sea bream and trout to steamed zander or a fine monkfish fillet. A wonderful accompaniment to poultry dishes — from white meats such as chicken breast or manure scrapes to more intense varieties such as turkey, quail and so on.
