Tasting note
Intense straw yellow. Bewitching bouquet of ripe peach, honeysuckle, juicy oranges, apples and honey. Full-bodied on the palate with a nice minerality. An elegant, fresh Chardonnay with well-integrated wood nuances. Creamy, lingering finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, salads, poultry, seafood, asparagus and appetizers.
Vinification
Ageing in French barriques for 12 months.
