Let yourself be seduced by the temptation of Rupert & Rothschild Baroness Nadine Chardonnay 2023. Its white gold color with a hint of lime is the basis for a captivating experience. Aromas of tangerines, delicate orange blossoms and subtle vanilla seduce the senses. On the palate, you will discover a clear minerality, which is complemented by the sweetness of passion fruit and a nuanced oak. This elegant Chardonnay leaves a fresh, long-lasting impression — a testament to its craftsmanship and heritage.
Culinary recommendation
Combine our Chardonnay with grilled crayfish, cantaloupe and herb prawns baked with crispy Parma ham and upgrade your dining experience with this perfect combination. Vinification
15% of the free-draining juice fermented in concrete tanks, while the remaining portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks and 300 liter oak barrels. The wine was then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, a third of which was virgin wood.
