Color: Medium density straw yellow color with iridescent gold reflections. Aromatics: notes of green apples combined with a touch of lemongrass, hints of elderflowers, a hint of vanilla, finely nutty. Body: Lively start, fresh character, delicate, animating acidity, excellent balance, beautiful fruit and flower aromas retronasally. Quality: Impressive due to minerality and a fresh, clear, aromatic finish.
