About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Alois Lageder is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and picturesque landscape of South Tyrol. Tasting note
Light straw yellow. The bouquet is wonderfully fresh, with exotic notes of citrus and honey. Dry on the palate with juicy acidity, citrus aromas and slightly spicy back aroma. A light, versatile meal companion with a medium finish and good balance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salmon on a vegetable bed.
Vinification
The grapes come from selected vineyards in Margreid and Salorno at 230 to 500 m above sea level. The must is fermented in steel tanks and aged on fine yeast for four months.
