About the wine
The vines grow on the hills of Cadet, the limestone plateau of St. Emilion. The potential of the small vineyard with just 2 hectares was discovered back in 1841 by Mr. Lecoutre de Bauvais, chief editor of the “Le Producteur” leaflet. In 2015, the Lefévère family took over Chateau Soutard-Cadet and pressed the Grand Cru with Yves-Pierre Di Lenardo. Production: 3600 bottles.
