About the wine
The Pernet family has been producing champagne for many generations. The estate is located in Mesnil-sur-Oger in the qualitative heart of Champagne. 17 hectares of excellent vineyards are in yield. At 60%, the main weight is Chardonnay. The rest is accounted for by Pinot Noir at 30% and Pinot Meunier with 10%.
