About the wine
The Taittinger family has been running the champagne house for almost a century. Father Pierre-Emmanuel and his two children Vitalie and Clovis are a well-rehearsed trio that constantly strives for the highest quality. The Brut Réserve is symbolic of this: a light, elegant and balanced champagne consisting of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier. The high Chardonnay content enables it to develop its full aromatic potential after being stored in the cellar for at least 3 years. Durable, world-famous and suitable for every occasion!

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow color. Very expressive and fruity on the nose. Spreads aromas of peach, white flowers and vanilla. Very harmonious on the palate; taste of fresh fruit and honey

As an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvre, smoked salmon, crustaceans.
Vinification
Cuvée of up to 50 base wines! 3 — 4 years of aging on the lees.
