Tasting note
Golden yellow with a beautiful sheen. “Champagne of the heart.” Ripe, fleshy, gentle and balanced. Long and intense mousse of great consistency. Strong aromas of dried fruits and canned apricots. Strong and elegant on the palate with good length. The preserved fruits are mixed with a light, noble bitterness and a pleasant freshness at the end.
