About the wine
The small, 220-year-old winegrowers' champagne winery Lelarge-Pugeot is located around 10 kilometers west of Reims. They cultivate their 4.4 hectares of vineyards in accordance with biodynamic guidelines, and have been doing so for over 30 years. The result is very healthy vines and absolutely brilliant wines with minimal dosage.

Tasting note
Fresh, delicate red fruits, that is what describes this wine. Plus a very delicate perlage. This winemaker champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir shows not only a lot of fruit but also depth.
Vinification
The base wine is macerated for 32 hours and matures in barrels for 6 months, aged 3-4 years in the bottle, degoged in October
