About the wine
Since 1822, i.e. now in its 5th generation, the champagne house Bauget-Jouette has been associated with winegrowing in Champagne. Bauget-Jouette has around 14 hectares of its own vines, divided into 37 plots with a vine aged between 15 and 47 years and an annual production of around 130,000 bottles.

Tasting note
Light golden, rich color. Very fine, persistent perlage. Fine aromas of fruit and exotic fruits. Fresh yeast notes in the background. Well-balanced on the palate and rich with impressive content.
Culinary recommendation
Champagne is particularly suitable as an aperitif, but also with fish, oysters, mushrooms or poultry. It is also an ideal addition to cream cheese or a young creamy soft cheese, to exotic fruits.
