Tasting note
A rigorous selection of six villages for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which is the perfect Ripening. 100% Grand Cru. The grapes come from the plots of Grand Cru villages, including Pinot Black: Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzenay and for Chardonnay: Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
Culinary recommendation
Reserved for the finest dishes, such as smoked salmon, scampi and raw shrimp or even Grilled, pasta with tomato sauce, sausages and especially with pizza and patanegra, mortadella. Red fruit dessert
Vinification
A soft salmon pink color with reflections, fine and lasting foam. Complex nose, with aromas of wild strawberries and red currant marmalade that develops in notes of candied citrus, pleasant nuances of pink grapefruit and black cherry. Soft and meaty start, fresh and elegant finish.
