Tasting note
Light salmon-pink color with light, fine perlage. Fruity aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries and plums are complemented by light notes of butter. Smooth, lush and relatively round with mouth-filling mousse and a long, aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with ham, red fruit desserts or as a festive appetizer.
Vinification
The aging period in the cellars is 3 years. Subsequent bottle aging after disgorging for 6 months. 60% wine from the reference year, 40% from reserve wine.
