Tasting note
Light pale golden color with deep lemon yellow reflections. It is invigorated by fine, lively bubbles that form a persistent foam collar. The visual impression foreshadows a crisp, complex wine. A champagne with absolute character, in whose power we find a freshness that offers an aromatic yet balanced experience

It goes very well with truffles, mushrooms, caviar and game meat.
