The typical elegant and balanced blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay for Pommery is demi-sec with a higher dosage, distinct sweetness and breath-taking freshness. Today, champagne connoisseurs are consciously taking the freedom to drink the French classic in an unconventional way. For the Pommery Royal Blue Sky, our winemaker recommends voluminous glasses filled with ice cubes. The sky has no limit — just like enjoying Royal Blue Sky!

Tasting note
On the first nose, we notice notes of dried figs and dried almonds. Then, in a second nose, we find hints of marzipan, millefeuilles, Marshmallow, honey, all these aromas combine in a simple and elegant way with notes of Lemons and dried oranges, accompanied by a few spikes. In the mouth, the announced sweetness takes shape and gives the wine all its fullness. size and its volume. You can find notes of ripe mangoes, but also of jam, of bitter oranges combined with aromas of white vermouth, due to its fresh and spicy side. The wine has a very long finish and its finish is very pleasant and of of great freshness.
