About the wine
Created for the first time in 1979, the Louise Cuvée is a champagne that sets the highest standards in terms of location, winemaker and vintage. The particularly long aging on the yeast gives this cuvée its unique personality. The perfect balance of aromas comes from the blend of the best grapes from Avize, Cramant and Aÿ as well as the addition of still Pinot Noir red wine from Bouzy.

Tasting note
Light pink with bright salmon-colored reflections, very fine and persistent perlage. Very romantic and elegant on the nose with notes of freshly roasted toast, citrus fruits and ripe wild strawberries. Voluminous and fruity on the palate. Not only the wonderful minerality of the 2004 vintage, but also the perfectly integrated acidity and fine and spicy aromas, which are reminiscent of apricot jam and dried citrus fruits, testify to an exceptional harvest year and make the Cuvée Louise Rosé 2004 an unforgettable culinary experience. The aftertaste is very elegant and long-lasting.
