Tasting note
Light yellow with silver reflections, fine foam edge, continuous Perlage. It combines classic aromas of yeast braid, brioche with intense fruity notes of ripe stone fruit, such as nectarines and mirabelles as well as tangerines on the nose. On the palate, there is a delicate acidity with pronounced minerality and The fine spiciness of white pepper is noticeable. The champagne is powerful with a long finish, which leaves the impression of more green pome fruit, such as pears.
