Tasting note
Brilliant golden hue The nose is characterized by citrus and madel notes with slightly smoky notes. Creamy on the palate, with aromas of grapefruit, honey and peach. Fresh acidity, harmonious perlage and a long, slightly spicy finish.

Vinification
The history of the champagne house Piper-Heidsieck goes back a long way. It all began with the vision of the German Florence-Ludwig Heidsieck, who as early as 1785 wanted to press sparkling wines that were worthy of a queen. Today, the young winemaker Emilien Boutillat perfects this traditional vision.
