Tasting note
The Cuvée Brut is lively, subtle and smooth. Aromas of almonds, fresh pear, apple and a delicate hint of citrus fruits seduce the nose and palate. A harmonious blend of bright, crisp pomelo, white grapes and juicy fruits give a wonderful feeling of lightness, which is enveloped by the structure and depth of Pinot Noir. Very well balanced.

Goes well with casual meals: seafood, fish, expeditions to unexplored culinary realms — all audacity is allowed!
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation “prise de mousse” on the bottle. Storage for at least 36 months in the cellar.
