Tasting note
Graceful and of elegant finesse, an impression of youthfulness and freshness as well as of tenderness and serenity. A full-bodied, spirited rosé champagne with a generous, enthusiastic finish. The powerful aroma is characterized by delicious fruit nuances, including wild strawberries, tangerines, blood oranges and grapefruit. A red wine from Champagne is added to the blend, which gives rise to the strong pink hue and the fine notes of red fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, appetizers, refined starters, fish and light meat dishes, but also cream cheese, ripe brie, puff pastry and almond pastries.
Vinification
During the long maturation of at least 30 months in Piper-Heidsieck chalk cellars, the very harmonious character of this rosé champagne can unfold optimally.
