Tasting note
Appearance, pale yellow with vivid blisters that form a pure white crown. Full of youth and energy. On the nose, delicate aromas of fresh white flowers, breadcrumbs and quince. Bright, direct and above all funny. Soft and gentle on the palate, it then opens and also reveals a firmer character. The dosage is the perfect antidote to the slight acidity and liveliness of the bubbles, which invigorate the palate. Delicate and very “more-ish” with a clean, tight finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is perfect as an aperitif and goes well with savory or sweet petit fours.
