Nectar Impérial goes perfectly with rich, spicy dishes: foie gras with freshly ground black pepper, salmon with sweet-sour sauce and sticky rice, blue cheese, roasted pineapple and mango ginger pepper sorbet.
Vinification
Non-oxidative preparation thanks to fermentation in stainless steel tanks and systematic prevention of contact with oxygen throughout the production process to preserve the fruity character. 100% malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and make the wine rounder. Long aging for fine perlage and velvety texture.
