Grand Vintage Rosé 2015 von Moët & Chandon – der 45. Rosé-Jahrgang des Hauses – ist ein prächtiger Rosé-Champagner mit fruchtigen Noten von Feigen und Walderdbeeren in Kombination mit einer tiefen Würze. Er ist das neueste Mitglied einer einzigartigen Sammlung ausgezeichneter Weine. In sechs Jahren Lagerung entwickelte er seine konzentrierten Aromen von dunklen Früchten sowie sein einzigartiges schwarzes und würziges Bouquet.
Culinary recommendation
The first refreshing notes, determined by pink grapefruit and blood orange, are followed by nuances of small red drupes such as morello cherries, which finally lead to botanical notes of wild strawberry and rhubarb. The first impression is harmonious, smooth and flowing. The initially light, delicate texture gains in conciseness up to the slightly astringent finale with notes of stone fruit such as Queen Victoria plum or plums.
