The 2019 Les Chaillets Loupette Brut Nature by Delouvin Nowack is a lively, fresh sparkling wine made purely from Pinot Meunier. Crafted with care and zero dosage, it offers a crisp texture and vibrant balance that reflects true authenticity—ideal for those moments when you want to celebrate without fuss.

Tasting note
Exciting, fruity nose with notes of red berries, nuts and not too dominant yeast notes. On the palate with fine perlage and slightly stronger yeast notes than on the nose, but still lots of fruit. The aftertaste is persistent, mineral, with lots of finesse and pressure.
Vinification
The manually harvested Pinot Meunier grapes come from a small plot of land that was planted in 1974. Neither herbicides, insecticides nor other chemical aids are used for management. The Vin Clair from the 2019 vintage was fermented and aged in barriques and then left on the yeast for two years. The Chaillets Loupettes is a Brut Nature (without dosage) and has not been sulfurized.
