Tasting note
Prestige cuvée that is only produced in top years and is on the yeast for 12 years before it is on the market. Very elegant fine perlage in the glass. The nose is racy, with buttery notes of warm brioche and the exceptional freshness of Chardonnay. On the palate, we enjoy notes of flambeed pineapple. Saint-Vincent is exceptional and incredibly balanced — a hidden treasure!

Vinification
R&L Legras does not use wood, but allows the wine to fully mash. On yeast for 12 years. The dosage is 4g/L.
